Cougar - This beautiful, light green-eyed gal is Cougar, a 10 year old black polydactyly (six toes on front paws), domestic long hair (DLH). Cougar has been spayed and fully vaccinated. She was surrendered because her owners of 10 years decided that just because their 18 month old toddler had started dragging Cougar down the Hall by her tail (and who knows what else!) Cougar shouldn't go into hiding from everyone at every opportunity, and if they never got to see Cougar anymore, why do they need a cat?. Cougar could not embrace the changes in her life and had a very difficult transition. Cougar is a very quiet, dignified diva who likes life on her terms. Quiet, steady, predictable routines in a peaceful home will suit Cougar just fine. She says no thanks to young children, boisterous animals and lots of visitors in and out. Cougar will need plenty of time to feel comfortable before She really explores her new home. Cougar can be a bit persnickety, but she has true presence and undeniable beauty and once she gets to know you she snuggles up and becomes a love muffin. Cougar is looking for a second chance in a quiet home to call her own.
